CompEx Ex01-Ex04 Theory Resit: The CompEx Electrical Resit (Theory) is a resit of the theory element of the CompEx Ex01-Ex04 Gas & Vapours Electrical course. Delegates MUST resit within 12 months of the original CompEx Electrical assessment and are allowed a maximum of 2 resit attempts.

Entry requirements:
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Delegates must have failed the theory element of the CompEx Electrical course (within the last 12 months) Be in possession of the fail-sheet from the original exam, which must be brought to the resit Had no more than 2 attempts to resit the theory since the original assessment.

2 Days Class 90 Minutes of Online Exam at our Centre

- Theory only, no practical elements
- Guided learning: 12 – 14 hours

Key learning objectives
Candidates that successfully complete the CompEx Foundation qualification will be able to:
- Identify the correct national regulations, directives, and IEC standards which relate to hazardous areas.
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of the main protection concepts, categories and protection levels that apply to equipment certified for use in hazardous areas.
- Recognise the elements that make up a hazardous atmosphere and the precautions required.
- Identify the correct descriptors used for criteria that classify a hazardous gas, vapour or dust location.
